Start up companies planning on setting up a website has a lot of factors to look at before launching one. A websites content and over all look are not just what a successful website consist of but companies have to make sure that the site is able to reach its potential market. Websites being able to reach prospective clientele are determined by a company’s business strategy and by search engines. Search engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo determine your rank among many other sites that are related or similar to the products, services and company that is offered on the website.

This is where search engine optimization is utilized. Search engine optimization is taking advantage or maximizing the potential of a website by emphasizing on the known factors of the search engines rank determining process. There are certain algorithms that have yet to be determined on how the whole process of search engine ranking but the number of relevant back links that revert back to your website play a considerable role in this process. Back links are sites that link back to a website in the form of articles or blogs etc. The more back links that link back to a website the more the website is to be considered an “authority” for key words and phrases used for a search.
Micrositez provides many reliable SEO solutions to set your sites higher

To prove to be successful in key word selection there are some factors to consider. Companies that are looking for proper keywords should determine if user actually use a particular term in a search that is geared specifically to your business. The use of words not commonly used in a search will prove to be ineffective. Another factor would be determining the key words used by your competitors. Established websites have cornered specific keywords which is a start up website would be unnoticeable if the same ones are used and attempting to use these same key words would be a futile effort. Finally, keyword relation to the website, company, products and services and the site it links to should be relevant.

Getting help from professional web developers in London who have knowledge in SEO is a good way of increasing the chances of a website to rank well from the start of its launch. These particular design companies can assist in keyword selection so that traffic that is received from search engine results are relevant potential customers and users actually searching for related sites pertaining to the keywords that are relevant to your site.

An article submission software is a program that will largely automate or automate the process of article submission. There are heaps of software programs for articles submission, or software, which facilitate all your manual attempts. A few can even automate the registration method so that you don’t have to go to each internet site individually and register – a time consuming endeavor. The best part about these programs is that generally accompany their own preferred online sites that they work with and can assist you find internet site that you would typically not find.

A few article submission programs are very particular and only submit to the top thirty directories, for instance, while remaining programs are much more worldwide and have a network of over 20,000 blogs that you can submit regarding upon the type or category of data you’re submitting. The range of services provided by these software is huge, so you actually need to evaluate your goals and needs before selecting the good one for you.

Finally, cost of this article submission can change pretty dramatically also. While there are few that are available for free, you know what you’ve heard about “nothing is free of charge”, well, that enforces here as well. The good article submission software are not free, so, however, if you use them often the total of increased traffic and, ideally, income that they ought to add to your online site will so make them best than free.

Whether you mean to market your online site through article marketing or some other form of Online Marketing, you’ll have to empower in that attempt – nothing contrary to the investment in printing business brochures or cards to hand out in the offline domain. Marketing is an investment, but the bright marketers ascertain the best investments to save money and time and that’s where article submission programs can actually hit a home run for you if you select the right ones

It’s no private that article marketing is a basic to Online Marketing and among the basic methods of not only appealing more traffic to your online site, but arising in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages) also. But the big downer on article marketing is that it can be really time consuming to write heaps of articles and so even more time consuming to release those articles – that is where an article submission software coms in.

There are many articles submission service , which offers a platform for all users to publish their articles. As we know, not all the users is purely for submitting their articles for information sharing. Most of them is using the articles to do SEO.

This attempt is permitted by Pubarticles, but you need stick to its rule first. There are several tips for you to write articles in Pubarticles for SEO:

1. An Attractive Title for the reader

Alot of webmaster think that html pages are ranked well than PHP extension . First of all thats not true, it depends on how you use php .

As pulse added the problem is related to the fact that PHP uses in some cases session ids in the url and since session changes from user to user the URL looks different at the “eyes” of a search engine. PHP pages are dynamic so you will find in most cases question marks in the url… for example : mydomain.com/showuserinfo.php?userid=222

Google doesnt seem to pay lots of attention to this since it means dynamic conent, maybe automatic information and marks that as not so relevant information. Poeple use dynamic page sto fool search engines and Google pays attention to that also.

I don’t know how much relevan or not relevant a dynamic page url (with query string) is for Google.

however if your site has good content and good links pointing to you you, good navigation you should not have problems with clean url .php pages

a php extension by itself will not hurt you… but yes, try to use clean urls. Use search engine friendly urls and try to avoid query strings as much as you can.

The newer, inexperienced SEO tends to always try and “rush” their optimization efforts. I often see where new students want to continually “tweak their code” far too often, not allowing adequate time for robots to visit.

Best practice is to let the search engine robots run on their own schedule. If you want to make important changes, allow plenty of time in between to ensure the robots are finding the pages. But most importantly, you want to learn more from each change you make. You want to understand more, with each exercise.

Not every bit of optimization work will be measured, BUT when it comes to “trouble shooting,” it’s absolutely important that you measure your changes and post them to your log for review, at a later date. This way, if you error in any way, it can usually be undone fairly easily.

The idea of lean management techniques go back to Henry Ford and recently the Toyota Company from Japan. It was originally known as the ‘just in time’ principles of production and delivery. As with all great concepts it has become larger and adapted to the needs of the more modern corporate world. This new approach to waste management within core business operations is a set of principles and techniques that lean management consultants use to inspect anything in the operation that is not specifically related to upgrading the value derived from the product by the client.

The sequence of events that a entity receives in the lean consulting process is as follows. The consultant gets the brief for the scope of the project. The contract could be based around the whole business or just a small part of the identified business system. The next stage is the assessment of the process itself, all consultants will have their own system for doing this and, as such, it would be better to describe the generic process. The consultant will produce a report and recommended implementations to the function they have studied.

There are so many areas of the entity that it can be applied to, but so often it is not used on processes that are considered ‘new’. We can all see that using such an proposal on say a manufacturing systems but find it much harder to consider the idea of, say, software outsourcing or lean websites. The more that companies use these techniques and concepts the more wasteful parts of a business’s output can be inspected and discarded. This will always lead to the incredible possibility of improving the staff efficiency without loss of quality.

1. Content is King

The quality of the posts you write is the single most important factor when it comes to Search Optimization on a Blog. I suspect others will argue differently but as I look at my own blogs success in the search engines I’d say that this has been the number one factor.

Quality content that helps people will quite often draw a reader to want to share what they’ve written – of course they do this by passing on the link to your post and often they’ll do it in a way that helps your search rankings (on their own blog for example).

2. Anticipate What People Will be Searching For

Every time you write a post you should be automatically be considering what words people might be putting into search engines to find that type of information. Once you know what kinds of words they’re using you’re in a great position to position yourself for that search.

3. Titles Titles Titles

There are a number of things to keep in mind when it comes to titles. Google pays particular attention to titles – so make sure you get them right:

first make sure that the way you set your blog up puts the title of your post in the ‘title tags’ on the back end of your blog. This is really important.

if you’re just looking from an SEO perspective don’t include your blog name in the title tags of single posts. This dilutes your keywords. Of course if you’re looking more at branding including your blog’s name in the title tags might be worth doing.

next – include the keywords that you identified in point #2 in your post title

also, keep in mind that the words you use at the start of a title tend to carry more weight than words you use later in your title

4. Keywords in other parts of your post

Use the keywords you identified in point #2 within your post also. If you want Google to rank you for a term or phrase you need to use that term or phrase. Use it in sub headings in your post (use h tags where you can), use it in the content itself, use the words in the alt tags of images etc. Don’t go over the topic but do use the words where you can naturally in the post.

5. Link to Your Own Posts

Don’t over do this one but while links from other sites are a great way to increase your blog’s rankings so are links from your blog. Interlink your posts to share where readers can find more information on your topic (where relevant) but also consider linking to key posts on your blog from other places on the blog (sidebar, front page etc).

6. Links from Outside Your Blog

Links from other sites to yours are key in SEO but they can be hard to get. Start to linking to your blog from other sites that you have or are active on. Some (like on Twitter) won’t count for anything much as they have no-follow tags but they are all potential ways for people to access your site and some will help with SEO.

Don’t become obsessed with getting links – rather become obsessed about writing great content and the links will generally come in time. However if you’ve written a great post that you think will be relevant to another blog don’t be afraid to let that blogger or website owner know about it – they could just link up.

Also – take note of the type of posts that you write that do well at getting other sites to link to you. You can learn a lot about generating linkable content by doing so and might just develop a technique that will work again and again.

7. Plugins

I don’t tend to do much to the back end of my blog to alter things like meta tags – but there are some good plugins around if you’re using WordPress that can help with some of this and that may give you a small edge. Check out 9 SEO plugins that every WordPress Blog Should have for some suggestions on this.

8. Readers Begat Readers

This isn’t an SEO technique as such but it plays a part. The more readers you have the more likely your blog is to be found by other readers. There’s a certain ’snowballing’ thing that happens on a site over time – as you get readers quite often momentum grows as those readers pass on your site to others in their network. They link to you, they bookmark you, they tweet about you, they email friends about you, they blog about you, they suggest your site in recommendation engines….

Not all of this counts with SEO but some does and the accumulation of it over time all certainly helps to grow both organic and search traffic. I guess what I’m saying is to get readers any way you can – don’t just focus upon ‘SEO’ as such. It all counts.

The following tips are not necessarily in order of importance, but are in the order you should consider when building a new website from scratch. My top 10 tips ranked by order of importance for high rankings are displayed elsewhere.

1. Know your geographic market and ensure your domain has the correct TLD.
If your primary market is the UK it is important to use a .UK TLD and ideally have your domain hosted on UK based servers.
2. Include keyword in Domain name (using hyphens if necessary).
This doesn’t mean having a domain name like keyword-keyword-keyword-keyword.com try to stick to the one hyphen and not read as spammy. A good example is a site that sells wheelchair ramps with the URL of the site being www.wheelchair-ramps.co.uk
3. Create as much content about your products or subject as you can.
After doing this divide in to 4 or 5 sections (this will help later when creating your navigation structure)
4. AFTER you have your site content start keyword researching
There are tools you can use for keyword research; Wordtracker and The Google AdWords Keyword Tool to name but two. I personally use a combination of the Google Keyword Tool, Google LSI and T.J. Common Sense.
5. Decide on 4 or 5 primary keywords to use as main sub-sections
Ideally have an idea of 4 or 5 main keywords, call them your Primary Keywords and then try to position secondary keywords with the Primary Word most closely associated with it.
6. Sit down and sketch out your navigation system
Put a lot of time in to this and play around until it is right, use Primary Keyword as headers for 5 main Sub-sections and use secondary keywords as headers for content pages under each Primary Keyword

1. The above diagram shows the early stages of constructing a navigation system. The green section (Sub-1) shows how all other sub sections will be. The Home page, All 5 Sub-section, About us, Terms, Contact, Privacy, Resources and Sitemap pages are always interlinked with each other forming 12 strong pages (more about this later)
2. Re-write content using knowledge previously gained about keywords and phrases
This doesn’t mean totally re-writing and stuffing the page with keywords, it requires writing paragraphs ensuring the right phrases are in the right places but isn’t obvious that the phrases are written for the search engines. Do not write too much information on each page and do not stray of in to writing about something else.
3. Structure each individual page
With your content rich, keyword balanced page written, you now have to create the page structure. Each page should be seen as an individual website.
Starting from the top,
* Page title should reflect the content of the Page ensuring you use the primary keyword for that Page
* Meta keyword tags, (although not overly important), should list 4 or 5 individual keywords related to the Page you have created.
* Meta Description tags, this should be a short concise description describing what the Page is about. This is very important as a selling point as you can manipulate the search engines in to displaying this when the person searches for the keyword used in the description. A favourite of mine is “Provides information about the latest KEYWORD now in stock and available online” or words suitable for the product.
* Avoid bloated code by using external style sheets and minimum coding.
* Main page layout was previously discussed whilst sketching the navigation system, but it is important that all links are seen by the engines and are using the correct anchor text related to the pages they are pointing too. Avoid using javascipt for links and if you have to use images ensure you use the correct alt attributes. If the page has too many links on it and looks messy this can be overcome by using a combination of css and javascript to create drop down boxes, but should only be used if you know what you are doing. If you have the opposite problem, and want to include links on the page but not necessarily have search engines follow them, this can be achieved using drop down option boxes.
* With yout general layout and your linking structure sorted you should now sort out your headings. The main page heading of the page should use your Keywords and be in H1 Tags, this should be followed by your most important paragraph, ideally working down the page you should use secondary headers from h2 to h4 (always using the keywords if possible)
* If you have used images on your page ensure keywords in the Alt attributes, this doesn’t mean keyword stuff them but just describe the image using the keyword.
4. Proof read your completed page and get a 2nd opinion
With your page completed try and get someone to check it for you to see if it reads to spammy and to see if you have missed out any obvious key phrases that should be on the page.
5. Construct your site.
With the previous procedure completed for all pages it’s now time to put the site together. Simply use the previously devised linking structure, group similar pages together under appropriate sub headings and ensure all links are active and using correct anchor text.
